Water Slide Rental Agreement
17.) This Agreement and this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. And if a lawsuit is indeed filed, it will be filed in Palm Beach County, Florida. * This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (normal wear and tear accepted) * The customer assumes full responsibility for personal injury or property damage and undertakes to indemnify All Around Fun against all claims, damages, losses and expenses arising directly, indirectly or consequently from an injury or any injury, of any kind, which occur during the rental period, if the bounce house or rental machine is in the possession of the customer / tenant. 19.) Group meetings (2 people or more) on the upper level of the inflatable slide are not allowed. * For any dispute or arbitration arising out of this Agreement, ALL AROUND FUN, INC. has the right to recover all costs incurred, including reasonable attorneys` fees If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen or irreparably damaged, the renter agrees to pay $4500.00 (four thousand five hundred dollars and 0 cent) 20.) A single person allows you to slide on all the inflatable slides at once. The person(s) or organization that rent this inflatable equipment is responsible for any damage or injury that occurs for any reason. I have read the above agreement and I understand and accept the terms described above. I am aware that in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
* The customer undertakes to pay in full the replacement costs, including labor costs, for all damage caused to the rental equipment. 18.) The jumping surface is very slippery in wet conditions. If during operation the wind becomes excessive (20 mph), remove all bouncers and empty the bounce house. 25.) For safety reasons, piles and nails are used to support inflatable boats. The customer is responsible for the choice of location and any damage to sprinklers, pipes, cables, etc. are under the responsibility of the customer ________ 16.) All Around Fun is not responsible for adverse weather conditions, jokes, rain or strong winds, power outages, hurricanes or other cases of force majeure.
